With over a decade of experience in the bar industry, I've developed discerning tastes when it comes to classic cocktails. Among them, the Old Fashioned holds a special place, demanding precision in its traditional preparation. Personally, I avoid the use of simple syrup in my Old Fashioneds, preferring to infuse creativity into my cocktail creations through the crafting of unique syrups.

My journey led me to experiment with a Demerara sugar-based syrup that exudes the delightful aroma and flavor reminiscent of snickerdoodles. This exceptional syrup has since become an integral element of my Old Fashioned recipe, a choice I've never regretted.

I'm genuinely excited to share my delectable take on the Old Fashioned with you all, and I sincerely hope you relish this flavorful twist on a timeless classic.
