Low Carb Smoked Salmon Pizza
Air fried Low Carb Smoked Salmon Pizza
Recipe
Ingredients:
Fat Head Dough:
1.5 cups shredded mozzarella
2 tbs. cream cheese
3/4 cup almond flour
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 large egg
Lox Pizza:
4 oz smoked salmon
3 oz cream cheese
1-2 tsp everything bagel seasoning
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp lemon zest
1 tsp lemon juice
finely sliced red onion
fresh dill
finely sliced cucumber
sliced tomatoes
Instructions
Fathead Dough:
1. Place mozzarella and cream cheese in a microwave safe bowl and microwave for 1 minute. Stir well.
2. Add the almond flour, egg, and garlic powder. Mix well until dough forms.
3. place the dough between two pieces of parchment paper and roll out to about 1/8 inch thick and to your desired shape.
4. With a fork, poke holes on the top of pizza dough so bubbles do not form.
5. Place dough on a parchment paper and place into air fryer.
6. Air fry pizza dough on 350 degrees for 6 minutes.
7. Flip pizza and cook the other side on 400 degrees for another 5-6 minutes or until a golden brown
Making the Pizza:
1. While pizza dough is cooking, mix cream cheese, lemon, lemon, zest, and minced garlic clove.
2. When pizza dough is done cooking, spread an even layer of prepared cream cheese onto pizza.
3. Place smoked salmon on top of cream cheese
4. Add sliced tomatoes, cucumbers and red onions on top of the smoked salmon
5. Garnish with fresh dill and sprinkle everything bagel seasoning
6. Slice and Serve pizza with lemon wedge
