Lychee Yuzu Passion Spritzer
 

Recipe

Ingredients 

Yield: 1 drink

  • 4 oz of your favorite champagne or Prosecco

  • 1.5 oz lychee juice

  • 0.5 oz yuzu juice

  • 1 passion fruit

​

 

Instructions

​

  • ​Add ice to champagne flute 

  • Build cocktail in glass using half of the pulp from a passion fruit

  • top with bubbly and garnish with dried lime or lychee fruit
