Yield: 1 drink
Ingredients:
2 oz Malahat Ginger Rum or rum of choice
1 oz passion fruit juice
1/2 oz fresh ginger juice
1/2 oz lime juice
3/4 oz Demerara syrup
directions:
1. Mix all ingredients in shaker.
2. Add ice and vigorously shake
3. Double strain into a coupe or martini glass. Garnish with edible flower and a twist of grapefruit peel.
