This is a simple traditional Puerto Rican sauce that is served with tostones (fried plantains) and a lot of fried finger foods. It is super easy to make. What makes this recipe different than the rest is not only using vegan mayo, but the addition of finely chopped cilantro and garlic. This sauce is umami with a hint of sweetness. This will be your new favorite dipping sauce. Enjoy!

Vegan Mayo Ketchup

Ingredients:

  • ¾ Cup vegan mayonnaise 

  • ⅓ Cup ketchup

  • 1 Tsp finely chopped cilantro

  • 1 Tsp garlic powder

 

Instructions:

  • Whisk all the ingredients together until silky smooth. Store in an airtight jar and refrigerate.
