Recipe
Ingredients:

2 cups of fresh cilantro (stems and leaves) about 2 small bunches or 1 large

3 cloves of garlic peeled

1/2 of a small red onion, chopped

2 tsp crushed red pepper
-
2 tsp of dried oregano
-
2 tbsp red wine vinegar
-
1 cup olive oil
-
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:

In a blender, or food processor, add the cilantro, garlic, onion, pepper, oregano, vinegar, and 1/2 of the olive oil

Pulse and mince the ingredients

Add the remaining olive oil and gently stir to combine

Tranfer the sauce to a mason jar and let it sit 20 minutes at room temp before serving
Chimichurri is an Argentinian herb sauce. This sauce is famously served with steak, but you can also use this sauce for so many other dishes. It's bright vibrant, and packs a punch! I am in love with this sauce! This herb sauce is usually made with cilantro, parsley, or a combination of both. I personally like chimichurri without the parsley and just strictly cilantro. This sauce will be your new favorite addition to many meals
